We craft the comms drafts - for email, LinkedIn, and even phone scripts - and put all the researched data for each prospect into use for personalisation. The result is a personalised first message per lead, so you can start creating those relationships with your prospects.

The platform tracks who you spoke to, when, and what’s next - no spreadsheets, no manual logging.
Once you’re set up on the system, it tracks and organises your outreach for you. You don’t have to track manually who you said what to and when. It’s extremely organised. The dashboard pops up a prompt like “Contact John with a value email today”, and one button press generates that email for you to send out.

As outcomes come in, we use the data to refine - drop what isn’t working, double down on what is.

Your email address and your domain are assets you can’t replace. Any automated sending carries a risk - however small, however well-managed - that one wrong signal lands you on a blacklist or dumps your messages into spam folders. We’re Yana and Yavo, and we run Bamya.co, a UK-based business.
Between us we have 40 years of combined corporate experience - Yana’s background is in business engagement and comms, and Yavo’s is in business processes, automation, and tech.
We started Bamya Leads to handle B2B outreach for our own businesses here in the UK, and it grew from there. We now offer that same outreach support to businesses who don’t want to sit and rely entirely on things they can’t control, like Meta ads and word of mouth.

Not at all. Other use cases include fundraising, partnerships, and basically any situation where you need deep research on organisations for any type of relationship with your business.
There is nothing to cancel - this isn't a subscription. Strategy + Setup is a one-off payment, and Leads packs are standalone purchases. You can buy a pack whenever you want, or stop buying whenever you want.
Leads are delivered within 5 working days of purchase.
Your CRM access begins when we deliver your first Leads pack - without leads in the system, there's nothing for the CRM to work with. Access continues for 2 months after we deliver your last lead, giving you time to work through them at your own pace. If you decide to leave, we export everything as CSV files for free.
Company details: short summary, touch points with your business, general contact details, news (if available and relevant), physical address, distance from your location (if relevant), default profile (which of your campaigns/offers fits best), and advice about the best approach angle.
Decision maker details: name, position and/or why they are a good lead.
Contact details: at least one verified contact detail - email or LinkedIn profile. (We only source phone numbers as a last resort, at an additional £0.50 per verified number. Our strategies rarely include cold calling.)
Communication drafts: every part of your outreach strategy is covered - emails, LinkedIn messages, and phone scripts. Each one is adjusted based on your business, your angles, their business, the touch points, the news, the lead's specific role - fully aligned with your strategy and voice.
A lead is one researched target - either a company or a person at a company. Both count equally: 1 researched company with verified office contacts is 1 lead; 1 person inside that company is another 1 lead. So a company plus one person inside it counts as 2 leads. The total stays at 50 leads per pack; the mix of company-leads and person-leads is agreed during the strategy consultation, based on what fits your target market.
Depends on your target market. Where the target is companies with multiple decision-makers, we typically find 2 people per company. During the strategy consultation we can adjust this to anywhere between 2 and 4 people per company. If we can't find a second person at a company, we make up the count by adding another lead - either another company or a person elsewhere. For target markets dominated by small businesses, company-level leads are the main unit instead - see "What counts as a lead?" above.
Yes. For small businesses with 1-3 staff, public information about individuals is often limited (no LinkedIn, no team page) - and the office contact details are in practice the principal's. We do the same depth of research either way: company intel, fit-to-strategy assessment, and draft messages adjusted for the recipient. A company with verified office contacts is a legitimate target and counts as a lead.
We do our best to find quality, confirmed contact details and we manually check each one. But it's always possible for a lead to contain inaccurate information. In that case, simply mark it as such and we will include a replacement on top of your next pack's lead count. You will never pay for inaccurate contact details.
Invalid leads: a lead is valid as long as it has at least one working email or a working LinkedIn profile. If neither is usable, we replace it with an extra lead on your next pack. Lead info ages fast, so any inaccuracy must be reported within 30 days of delivery - after that we can't replace the lead. We encourage you to use your leads within 30 days of delivery.
Phone numbers: phone numbers are paid separately, and any invalid number is always refunded in cash.
Strategy + Setup: two refund scenarios: if we conclude we can't build a meaningful strategy for you (before or after the strategy session), we refund Strategy + Setup in full; if you disagree with the delivered strategy and decide not to move forward, we refund 50%.
Undelivered leads: if for any reason we can't deliver the full number of leads in a pack, we partially refund the shortfall. You only pay for what we deliver.
Strategy + Setup is a one-off payment - once you've paid, that price is settled and can't change for you. For Leads packs we rely on multiple third-party APIs, so we don't have full control over our costs there. To keep your spend predictable, we lock your per-pack price for 12 months from your start date. If we lower the per-pack price for new customers during that period, you get the same drop.

There's a baseline of intel we provide for every company and every lead. Beyond that, we have additional sources and data types we can add - phone numbers, tech stack, certifications, custom search results, specific signals - for an extra cost we'll agree in advance. Some of this data can be used as filters when finding leads; the rest enriches the context after leads are found.
Strategy + Setup is hands-on, manual work - the consultation, strategy creation, and configuring your account all take real human time. We are a small team, so we cap how many new Strategy + Setup customers we take on each month to keep quality high. Once you're set up, you can buy Leads packs whenever you want - those have no monthly cap. We don't outsource any step of the process.
